Nearing my mid-30's, of course I try and keep myself healthy. AverageBro has never been a health food nut, and I ain't built like a male model, but hearing the news of Krispy Kreme's new line wisely moniker-ed Ice Kremes made my teeth ache.

Seriously, between the extreme full pound Burgers at Hardees, extreme carnival food like deep-fried Twinkies, the Luther Burger, and now, the soon to be infamous Donut Sundae, how is a brotha supposed to make it to 65 without a few cardiac arrests on his record?

Of course, I'll have to eventually try one of these. And chase it with 60 mins on the elliptical.
