Why Isn't Robert Sylvester Kelly Already In Jail!?!?

It's pretty amazing that darn near a decade after the evidence was found to charge him with sex with a minor, R. Kelly is not only still free, but about to embark on a 40 city tour. Never mind the fact that isn't even supposed to leave the state. Since touring is apparently essential to him making a living, he gets a free pass. That judge must really love 12Play. Our judicial system never ceases to amaze.

Where's Chris Hansen when you really need him?

Then again, if Sylvester were locked up, we'd be deprived of such gems as this.
