The folks at The Boston Phoenix had some fun with the Books-On-Tape version of "Dreams Of My Father" and lifted a few soundbites that you might find of interest. I'd embed this stuff in my own blog, but I'm too damn lazy to figure out how.[1]

And yes, these soundbytes are very real. No, those aren't Obama's words, they are the words of his high school friend, Ray. I don't really recall Ray from that book, but then again, as long as dry as "Dreams" was, I can't say I remember much of anything about it.
Of course, somebody already took it upon themselves to make an unnecessary techno song with all the soundbytes. Personally, I've prefer to hear them chopped and screwed, but that's just me.
For the mere novelty of hearing the sitting President sound like Chris Rock, you should do a RMC and download these babies to your hard drive so they can live on perpetuity.
