Danny Didn't Make It.

Just in case you were wondering (and you prolly weren't), our friend Danny, "The Token Black Guy" didn't survive Saturday's two hour finale of Harper's Island. He died valiantly, protecting (what else?) the lives of a white woman and child. Danny put up a fight, but eventually ended up getting stabbed through the brain. His name was uttered no more than once by the survivors, much like the sympathy a person has for a discarded rental car. Yep, that's the thanks he got. Ouch.

Hardly a banner night for token Blacks.
