Good Songs - Killer 80's BassLines.

Bass! How low can you go? Jog your memory with this trio of 80's tunes. If I missed a sample here or there, fill me in.

Rene & Angela - "I'll Be Good"

To this day, I still can't tell you which one is Rene, and which one's Angela, but I know this song still knocks 25 years later. The duo also scored a marginal hit with the song "You Don't Have To Cry". Those born in the 90's might remember this being sampled by Foxy Brown for some random song off her first album.

Nu Shooz - "I Can't Wait"

I hear the opening chords to this song being played in seemingly every NBA arena. I don't really remember No Shooz being notable for anything other than this song and their obvious name-jack of Loose Ends. But that bass is crankin'.

Jimmy Spicer - "Money (Dollar Bill Ya'll)"

Ahhh, the days when rap albums only had 7 songs tops, and each one lasted about 11 minutes. This one's been sampled to death by everyone from Mary J. Blige to Maino. I'll be honest, I don't really remember the original song all that well. Do you?

Question: Got any other killer 80's basslines that I missed?
