I know what my typical readers are expecting me the say: that this is an abomination, that CPS should be called immediately, and that this poor little girl is headed swifty to the pole.
But nope, I ain't sayin' none of that. I learned my lesson looong ago. What folks do with their kids is they damn business. I sure don't want nobody telling me how to raise my two boys, which is why I'm smart enough to keep their various exploits off YouTube.
[Editor's Sidenote: For my youngest son's 1st b-day party this past weekend, we found a DJ Lance from Yo! Gabba! Gabba! suit on the web, and I dressed up and did a dance routine. And yes, I was indeed wearing leggings. The things you do for your chill'rens. The suit (worn once, for 10 mins) is for sale now. Holler at me if you're trying to get your Halloween on.]
So, backseat parent moral judgements aside, let's look at what's great about this video instead. This child (I have no idea how old, but I'm guessing ~18-30 months) is obviously incredibly talented and her imitation skills are great, as is her coordination. Yeah, she could prolly end up at Body Tap in about 17 years, but she could also end up an Alvin Ailey dancer. I guess it's all about perspective.
